4. Account Registration

To access most features of 88iii, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

88iii reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods made available on the platform, including but not limited to bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. 88iii does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose its own charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 88iii reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

88iii may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, bets may need to meet minimum odds thresholds (e.g., 1.50 or higher) to count toward wagering requirements.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire after a specified number of days if wagering requirements are not met.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits per spin or per event may apply (e.g., Rp 50,000 per bet).
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time unless otherwise stated.

88iii reserves the right to cancel or void any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings if terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if bonuses are abused through coordinated betting patterns or multi-accounting.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question. By placing a bet, you agree to accept the result as determined by 88iii and/or our third-party data providers. Bets are considered accepted when a confirmation message or receipt is displayed on your screen.

88iii reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• An obvious error in odds or lines is detected (e.g., inverted odds, missing decimal point).
• A market remains open after an event has started, or after a key incident (e.g., goal, red card) has occurred.
• Suspicious betting patterns suggest match-fixing, insider knowledge, or coordinated arbitrage.
• Technical malfunction or connectivity issues prevent fair play.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will typically be voided unless a result has been determined or the event is rescheduled within 48 hours.

For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

7.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) or certified random number generators (RNG). 88iii does not control or influence game results.

All slot games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP is a theoretical calculation over millions of spins and does not guarantee individual session results.

7.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times (typically 17:45 WIB daily). Results are published immediately after the draw. Bets placed after the draw closes will be voided and refunded.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, identity theft, or providing false information.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account per person.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other users to exploit bonuses, manipulate markets, or gain unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between platforms to guarantee profit.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Match-Fixing: Betting on events where you have inside information or the ability to influence the outcome.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, other users, or engaging in offensive conduct.
• Money Laundering: Using 88iii to launder funds from illegal sources.

88iii reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonus balances or pending wagering requirements may be subject to forfeiture of bonus funds upon closure.

9.2 Termination by 88iii

88iii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Breach of responsible gaming policies, including self-exclusion.

Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided you have met all verification requirements and no fraud is suspected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 88iii shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
